The Tap Alert™ B-412 is a self-contained warning system, designed to counter wiretaps, phone bugs, and phone line recording equipment.

The B412 constantly monitors your telephone line for changes in parameters caused by transmitters, tape recorders, extension phones and other unauthorized listening devices.

It automatically records all activity on your line to help you identify eavesdroppers. A sudden drop in voltage can indicate the presence of such activity.

The B-412 gives thorough protection with day/night alarm that locks in when triggered by an eavesdropping device, and will remain in alarm mode until the system has been reset.

Because of the Trigger feature, the B-412 can be used on any phone system all over the world, providing digital protection against wiretaps.  It tests both On-Hook & Off-Hook phone circuits.
